For partners

For partner agencies

Receive only the referrals sent to your agency, respond in the inbox and track each referral to closure.

Partner inbox with only referrals sent to that agency

Partner staff view only referrals addressed to their agency, in lists, detail and exports. No other agency referrals appear.

  1. Sign in to the partner inbox

Sign in with your partner account. Open the inbox and filter by status and date. Open a referral card to read the service requested and the consent scope shown on the referral.

  2. Read what consent allows

Check the shared field list on the referral. Work only with the fields and records that consent covers for your agency and the dates shown.

  3. Move the referral forward

Record receipt when your agency receives the referral. The dated status history shows each step for the sending program and your agency.

Accept, decline with a reason, or request more information

Respond from the referral detail. Only the receiving partner moves sent to received, accepted, declined or needs information.

  1. Accept the referral

Open the referral, confirm your agency can provide the service, then choose Accept. The status changes to accepted with a dated entry.

  2. Decline with a reason

Choose Decline, enter the reason in plain words and save. The sending program reads the reason and can follow up or send a new referral.

  3. Request more information

Choose Needs information, list exactly what is missing and save. Add the missing information through the secure referral when you receive it.

  • Sent is never counted as a service connection. Only first connection counts.
  • Join case coordination or a conference thread only when consent covers your agency for that referral and date.

Warm handoff, first connection and closure steps

Record the first connection, the handoff steps and the follow-up, then close with an outcome.

  1. Record first connection

Record the first connection date when the survivor first connects with your agency. Keep the date separate from the sent date.

  2. Complete the warm handoff

Record the handoff steps taken, who took part and the follow-up date. Message the sending advocate inside the referral thread when you need to coordinate.

  3. Close with an outcome

Close the referral with the outcome and date. The sending advocate or supervisor marks connected and closed, and the full history stays on the referral.

Secure communication

Message the sending program inside the referral, join a video visit by link and request language support for calls and visits.

What you never see

You never see referrals sent to another agency, full case records or other survivors. Lists, detail and exports stay scoped to your agency.

Invite your agency and test a referral

Ask for a demo, add your agency and run a test referral before live use.
